PM U-förmige fotoelektrische Mikro-Sensoren

Die PM U-förmigen fotoelektrischen Mikro-Sensoren von Panasonic Industrial Automation verfügen über ein kompaktes Gehäuse, das mit drei Schutzschaltungen ausgestattet ist, um die Möglichkeit von Fehlfunktionen des Sensors aufgrund fehlerhafter Verkabelung zu minimieren. Die Schutzschaltungen umfassen Versorgungsverpolung, Ausgangsverpolung und Ausgangskurzschluss. Die PM-Sensoren bieten eine reichliche Strahlenemission mit einem Empfangsabstand von 6 mm, Strahlmarkierungen für einfache Einstellungen und einen integrierten Verstärker. Die große Betriebsanzeige ist aus mehreren Winkeln leicht zu sehen und leuchtet bei Eintritt des Strahls orange auf. Die PM U-förmigen fotoelektrischen Mikro-Sensoren von Panasonic Industrial Automation sind mit M2-/M3-Schrauben einfach zu montieren, sind widerstandsfähig gegen Vibrationen und Stöße und sind in einer Variante mit Schutzklasse IP64 verfügbar. Zu den Anwendungsbereichen gehören Positionserkennung von Paletten, Erfassung des Anfangspunkts und des Nachlaufs beweglicher Objekte und Erfassung des Anfangspunkts bei drehbaren Körpern.
