Infineon Current Regulating Solenoid Drivers

Infineon's TLE7241E current regulating solenoid drivers provide precise, accurate current control in variable force solenoids used in high-performance automatic transmissions. The dual, 1Amp channel drivers are also ideal for constant current controlled solenoids used for idle speed control, exhaust gas recirculation, valve control, and suspension control. The devices are protected from damage by overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature conditions and provide diagnosis and reporting of open loads, shorted loads, and loads shorted to ground. The drivers feature +/- 2% accuracy, standard SPI bus control, and simple application.
