Die Analog Devices ADuM3200/ADuM3201 Zweikanal Digital-Isolatoren mit der iCoupler® Technologie kombinieren Hochgeschwindigkeits-CMOS und monolithische Transformator-Technologie, um herausragende Leistungseigenschaften zu erzielen, die Alternativen wie Optokoppler-Geräten überlegen sind. Die ADuM3200/ADuM3201 Isolatoren bieten zwei unabhängige Isolationskanäle in einer Vielzahl von Kanalkonfigurationen und Datenraten von bis zu 25Mbps. The ADuM3200/ADuM3201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates up to 25Mbps. They operate with 3.3V or 5V supply voltages on either side, offering compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.
