Cyclone V FPGAs combine high performance with the industry's lowest operational power and system cost, making them ideal for use in industrial, wireless, wireline, broadcast, and automotive applications.
The low-cost Cyclone V platform provides engineers with an unprecedented level of integration and performance to significantly reduce overall system costs. With integrated hard memory controllers, PCIe hard IP blocks, and variable precision DSP blocks, Cyclone V FPGAs enable engineers to rapidly develop differentiated designs for a wide range of markets. The family includes the GX variant with 3.125-Gbps transceivers and the GT variant with 5-Gbps transceivers. Additionally, the family comes in three SoC variants, all of which include an ARM-based hard processor system.
