High Capacity Photorelays

Toshiba High Capacity Photorelays are available as solid-state relays (SSR) or MOSFET output optocouplers and are typically used as signal relay replacements. High-capacity photorelays include products with ION>1A on-state current. Photorelays are semiconductor relays made up of an LED optically coupled to a MOSFET. Optocouplers are used for various applications, ranging from industrial equipment to home appliances and equipment. These Toshiba single-circuit photorelays can handle both AC and DC loads. Photorelays are available in through-hole or SMT/SMD mounting styles in a wide range of package types with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +110°C.

TLP35xxA Hochstrom-Fotorelais

Toshiba TLP35xxA Hochstrom-Fotorelais verwenden MOSFETs mit hochmoderner U-MOSVIII-Prozesstechnologie, die mit einer LED optisch gekoppelt sind, wodurch die Boardfläche reduziert und die Systemzuverlässigkeit gesteigert wird. Die TLP35xxA Fotorelais verfügen über eine Nennbetriebstemperatur von 110 °C und einen hohen Nennstrom im eingeschalteten Zustand von ION=5 A, IONP=15 A (TLP3543A). Der Nennstrom im eingeschalteten Zustand ist dreimal höher als der Nenndauerstrom im eingeschalteten Zustand und bietet dadurch eine erhöhte Design-Sicherheit. Die Ausgangsklemmspannung im ausgeschalteten Zustand bietet eine große Auswahl an Optionen von 30 V, 60 V, 100 V und 200 V. Zu den verfügbaren Gehäusen gehören DIP-6 und DIP-4 mit Optionen für Knickflügel (SMD) und zahlreichen verschiedenen Kriechstrecken. Die TLP35xxA Hochstrom-Fotorelais verfügen über einen Strombereich 0,7 A bis 5,0 A im eingeschalteten Zustand und eignen sich daher bestens für zahlreiche DC- oder AC-Applikationen sowie für Industrieapplikationen.
