Dura|Mate™-Produktfamilie

Die Amphenol Sine Systems Dura|Mate™-Familie besteht aus umgebungsfest abgedichteten mehrpoligen Hochleistungs-Rundsteckverbindern aus Kunststoff (AHDP) oder Metall (AHDM). Die Steckverbinder verfügen über hochdichte Signal- und Mixed-Power-Insert-Konfigurationen mit den revolutionären RADSOK®-Kontakten. Beide Baureihen sind umgebungsfest abgedichtet und verfügen über ein schnelles und sicheres Stecksystem, das vor dem Eindringen von Staub, Wasser, Schlamm und anderen Verunreinigungen schützt (Schutzart IP67/IP69K in gestecktem Zustand) und vibrationsfest ist. Die Amphenol Dura|Mate-Produktfamilie bietet ein wirtschaftliches Bajonett-Schnellverschlusssystem, das den Herausforderungen und der Komplexität von Offroad-Applikationen in rauen Umgebungen standhält.

AHDP Dura|Mate™ Kunststoff-Rundsteckverbinder

Amphenol Sine Systems AHDP Dura|Mate™ Kunststoff-Rundsteckverbinder für Hochlastapplikationen sind umgebungsfest abgedichtete Thermoplast-Rundsteckverbinder mit mehreren Pins, die ein Schnellanschluss-Bajonett-Verriegelungssystem bieten. Die AHDP Dura|Mate™ Steckverbinder sind mit dem branchenüblichen Design mit Gehäusegröße 24 kompatibel und verfügen über ein optimales Kopplungssystem mit visuellen und taktilen Indikatoren, die eine zuverlässige Steckbestätigung gewährleisten. Zwei verschiedene Endgehäuse-Systemgewinde auf der Rückseite der Steckverbinder für Zugentlastung und zusätzlichen Kabeldichtungsschutz. Die ADHP-Baureihe ist ideal für die Panelmontage oder Inline-Schwerlastapplikationen wie Installationen in Nutzfahrzeugen, Landwirtschaftsmaschinen, Baumaschinen und Schifffahrt. Diese Steckverbinder sind IP69K-fähig.

AT Series™ Connectors

Amphenol Sine Systems AT Series™ connectors are a high-performance, thermoplastic, cost-effective solution with superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities with IP68 and IP69K ratings (in mated condition). The connector design incorporates an integrated latching system with over-sized detents that ensure a definitive electrical and mechanical connection. All AT Series connectors offer a wide range of end caps and strain relief options and have been developed to be comparable with all other existing standard products industry-wide. The connectors are available in BoardLock™, HYPERBUSS™, LED, PanelMate™, and StructurePlus™ options.
